Foxborough Master Plan and Other StudiesThe 2015 Foxborough Master Plan offers a detailed view of the makeup of the local economy, which includes statistics on major employers and sectors, the workforce, and development patterns and opportunities. The Master Plan also highlights planned growth, new amenities, and expanded access to transportation networks.

Route 1 Economic Development Area StudyThe Metropolitan Area Planning Council conducted a study of the area in the Route 1 Growth Node . The study covers zoning, transportation, growth opportunities, and limitations. 

495/MetroWest Partnership PublicationsThe 495/MetroWest Partnership is a public-private organization that incorporates 35 communities along the I-495 corridor. Foxborough, at the intersection of I-495 and I-95, is comparable in character to many of the other communities. 

The 495/MetroWest Partnership publishes annual reports on the regional economy, with key data points that highlight its attractiveness compared to the Boston area. These reports include a Strength in Numbers paper, which covers a range of social and economic statistics, and an annual commercial real estate inventory, highlighting major vacancies.
